Trading conditions

These sales and delivery conditions are applicable unless there is a separate written agreement between the parties.

Offer

Offers are valid for 30 days from the date of offer.

Order

An order is only considered finally accepted when there is a written order confirmation. In the event of any discrepancies between what was agreed and the sent order confirmation, Silent-Art must be notified within three working days. In the absence of this notification, the order confirmation is assumed to be final and binding.

Prices

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT in Danish kroner (DKK).

The prices are unchanged during both the agreement and the offer period, subject to changes due to significant changes in customs duties, taxes, fees, exchange rate changes, raw material price changes, etc.

Payment

The full amount for the ordered goods is deducted when the goods are dispatched.

Payment for online orders is collected at the time of ordering, and we accept payment methods such as Visa-Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mobilepay, and gift cards. Trading terms, order confirmation and other relevant information regarding your order will be sent in Danish, subject to typographical errors and changes in price and production.

Reservation of title

Silent-Art reserves title to the goods sold until full payment has been received. All offers, drawings etc. remain Silent-Art's property, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may not be passed on without Silent-Art's consent.

Delivery conditions

Silent-Art delivers throughout Denmark. Delivery to special areas such as Greenland, the Faroe Islands and non-landing islands requires a specific agreement before placing an order. Contact us for an offer for delivery outside Denmark.

Please note that upon receipt you should check all packages for visible damage, and any damage should be noted on the waybill. Received subject to damage, or refuse receipt if the damage is obvious. Quick unpacking and checking of the goods is essential, also for damage not visible on the packaging.

Delivery time

The delivery time is specified on the order confirmation. Silent-Art undertakes to dispatch goods within 10-15 working days from order placement, without responsibility for direct or indirect losses as a result of exceeding the delivery time.

Return

Goods that are custom-made cannot, as a rule, be returned. In special cases, return can be arranged for a fee.

Disclaimer and Warranty

Any claims against Silent-Art cannot exceed the purchase price. Silent-Art provides a two-year warranty on production and material defects, not covering wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.

Product liability

Silent-Art is only responsible for damages where it can be proven that the damage is due to gross negligence on Silent-Art's part. Liability for consequential damages, including operating losses and other indirect losses, is not covered. Liability is limited to a total sum of DKK 10,000,000.

Force Majeure

Silent-Art is exempt from liability in the event of force majeure or other unforeseen events that prevent fulfillment of delivery obligations.

Copyright and Confidentiality

The customer himself is responsible for the rights clearance when choosing his own motifs and releases Silent-Art from third-party claims. Personal data is protected and not shared unless necessary for the completion of transactions.
